Allow users to select, copy, and paste text

Text in answers and sources cannot be selected — the Select/Copy controls never appear (reported on iPhone and Android, in Arabic, English and Persian) — so the only option is copying the entire response. Allow selecting and copying any portion, including a single paragraph.
